Our September Technical Session topic will be Environmental Social Governance. Please join us as we learn from Gabriela Wilson, Manager, ESG & Reserves with Velvet Energy LTD. Our technical sessions are only open to members and prospective members.
Mrs. Gabriela Wilson is a professional engineer with over 16 years of oil and gas experience. She currently works at Velvet Energy Ltd. and played an integral role in acquiring the first major asset for the company. She is currently the Manager, ESG & Reserves, at Velvet and recently published the first Sustainability Report for the company. Prior to joining Velvet, she worked for Bonavista Petroleum Ltd. and ARC Resources where she gained a strong understanding of different business strategies and operations. She has a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Calgary. She is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
